Process for online shopping

We have installed a new ‘request to order’ checkout process to give you a safe checkout and personalized customer service.  Once we are notified of your ‘Quote Request’ (order), we will create a PayPal invoice, which will be emailed to you for payment with the method of your choice.  After we receive the payment confirmation, your products will be shipped out ASAP.

Shipping

Under normal circumstances, most orders received Monday through Friday are shipped within 24-48 hours. However, if you have questions about your order status, please contact us at 336.973.5308. Any damage or shipping errors must be reported to us within 10 days. Damage claims must be made with the carrier for goods damaged in transit. We use recycled packing materials whenever possible, and make every effort to pack each item with special care.

Returns

At fall creek woods, we firmly stand behind the products we produce and sell. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your hand-crafted purchase within 10 days for exchange or refund. We do not refund shipping charges for returned orders, unless the return is the result of our error.

Prices are subject to change. We reserve the right to cancel any order and will refund the customer upon such occurrence.

Privacy Notice

At fall creek woods, we feel your privacy is as important as ours. That being said, we will not make your email address or any other information you supply to us available to anyone else. Nor do we give out or sell our customers lists; they are for our use only.
