Due to the nature of our items, please keep in mind that our photos are only representations of our products.  If the item is numbered, you will get the exact piece shown.

We accept debit or credit cards through Paypal, or checks as payment for your order.  If paying by check, the order will go out when the check clears.  There will be a $30 service charge for returned checks.  Checks can be mailed to our office at 2595 Fall Creek Rd, Purlear, NC 28665.

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer & are determined by the weight, dimensions, & destination of the package.  Items are shipped by the least expensive carrier, usually FedEx, unless specified otherwise by the customer.   Once your order is packed, we will contact you with the final total, including shipping.  At that time, we will get the information for your method of payment.  Orders will be shipped as soon as possible.  Any damage or shipping errors must be reported to us within 10 days.  Damage claims must be made with the carrier for goods damaged in transit.

At fall creek woods, we firmly stand behind the products we sell.  If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your purchase within 10 days for exchange or refund.   We do not refund shipping charges for returned orders, unless the return is the result of our error.

Privacy Notice:  At fall creek woods, we feel your privacy is as important as ours.  That being said, we will not make your email address or any other information you supply to us available to anyone else.  Nor do we give or sell our customers lists; they are for our use only.
